This week’s episode of College Basketball Recruiting Weekly focused on the top international prospects set to join the college basketball ranks next season as incoming freshmen.

No program has better exemplified the growing international trend than UCLA who featured Aday Mara, Berke Buyuktuncel, Ilane Fibleuil, and Jan Vide in their 2023 recruiting class.

Our ranking policy has been to include those international prospects only when they commit to play college basketball. Accordingly, all four prospects have recently been inserted into the 2023 rankings.

On the latest episode of the show, we broke down where all four finished in those rankings.

Aday Mara is expected to arrive at UCLA this week. The incoming 7-3 freshman from Spain finished as the 15th ranked prospect in the national class of 2023.
