I guess I don’t understand why you want to change the game? People have gotten bigger in every sport, but I can’t think of a sport where they changed the dimensions of the playing field.
Why would you want to change? This was a big topic of conversation in thr NBA last year. Once again, if you make the court larger thr game becomes too easy. That is why scoring skyrocketed last year. Spacing. If you have more court, spacing becomes even easier which is detrimental to the overall game.if you make court bigger, there is more space. Too much space for a D to guard. You spread the backcourt more =s more and easier 3s while ALSO opening up the middle for MORE dunks. If your goal is more “traditional” 15-20 foot jumpers, you’d get even LESS. The result of an enlarged court is MORE threes and MORE dunks.
