at around the face or a bit above allows him, at his size, to get the shot off when he has a reasonable opening. Most all players have a different shot pocket (starting point) and it's all about what is comfortable to them and what they are the most confident with. His long 3 point shots appear to be more like a semi set shot rather than a traditional jump shot. His actual release and follow through looks fine. 95% free throw shooter and 35% from beyond the arc. IMO, not bad at all.
