In the Regional Final, #1 beat #3. In the other Regional Final yesterday, #3 beat #1. That's how games in the Tournament have been reported ever since the seeding system was implemented many years ago. The subject header of the post you replied to didn't need any qualification at all, as everyone -- except you, I guess -- knows what it means.
