With NIL, I feel like the inmates are running the asylum.
Back in the day we received a grant of $50 to help cover the cost of books and we were able to register for classes a day before the general studentbody so it wouldn't interfere with practice schedules in the afternoon. That was it.
But all in all, this NIL business is driving us old traditionalists away. A scholarship, room and board and $1,000 per month spending money should be enough.
I think they call that equity today..
or is it equality among the schools.
