If your criteria is a high A/TO ratio AND having seven 4- and 5-stars, then who besides UConn, Kentucky, Duke and UNC have that many highly rated players?
Iowa was 3rd in the nation in A/TO, had no significant injuries and went nowhere. They had one 4-star.
