In one off-season, he could easily build some additional bulk and work further on his footwork. He appeared (in his limited PT) to have a decent nose for the basket.
Took George Zidek 4 years to become the player he ultimately became. I remember looking at him in his freshman year, thinking “What’s this guy on the team for, other than he’s big?”
