Sure, easy, Jaylen Clark. He's the perfect example of what I'm talking about. He was not an offensively gifted kid. But he had the god given gifts to play great defense and develop his offensive game.

.200 as a freshman
.329 as a junior

I can also give you a long list of supposed 3pt shooters who could not stay on the court because of their physical limitations. From kids like Brandon Loyd to more recently Jake Kyman. But there's a long list. Brandon Knight, Michael Roll are just a couple more that come to mind.

I bring up Loyd because there was a team that could not shoot. Tons of athletic ability on the floor with guys like Bailey, Dollor, and Chuck O. but they couldn't shoot. Lavin tried desperately to get Lloyd on the floor but just couldn't. Kris Johnson also a defensive liability, but he eventually became the offensive machine on that team. He was just good enough to stay on the floor.

* Roll did play a little more as a senior out of necessity.
