From his UCLA bio:
UCLA — A transfer from Princeton, Gloger will have to sit out this season and will be eligible to play for the Bruins in 2001-2002 … He originally signed a grant-in-aid to attend UCLA on May 24, 1999 … Changed his mind and enrolled at Princeton … In 1999-2000 as a true freshman at Princeton, Gloger started 28 games, tied the Ivy League record with 10 three-pointers in a game and set the Princeton freshman record of 34 points in a game … At Santa Margarita HS as a senior in 1998-99, Gloger was the Orange Country Register Player of the Year.
He never played for UCLA although enrolled for two years. He then resurfaced at Princeton for the 2002-03 season and averaged 16 points, 6 rebounds and shot 37% on threes in 19 games until he was declared academically ineligible and never played in college again. But he returned to Princeton and finished his degree in 2005.
Had he stayed at Princeton he would have in all probability beaten Brian Earl's Princeton and Ivy League record of 281 career three-pointers. Gloger, in addition to being a shooter, could defend, pass, handle the ball and rebound. In a full four-year career, he could have been a three-time first-team All-Ivy selection and have been around 1,500 career points.
Now another reason he should have stayed at UCLA. When he left it opened up a scholarship for . . . Michael Fey.
