Problem with B1G Plus on computer

Has anyone experienced a problem with B1G Plus on their computer despite the app working fine on iPhone and/or iPad? My account is fine and I can get content on the other two devices, but my MacBook Air gives me a message "We do not support Jailbroken devices!"
