I have no idea why Dom Harris played only 6 minutes and only 1 minute in the first half. I also wonder why Dylan played only 13 minutes and 3 in the second half.

There are only 200 minutes to be divided up by around 12 players who deserve time. In every game there will be some who get limited minutes who one would think should get more.
