Larry Brown's first season at UCLA was similar. Like Cronin this year, he had eleven players average double figure minutes and in his very first game, eleven played ten or more minutes and a twelfth played nine. Lest we forget, that team made it to the NCAA championship game.
A little different but unusual. In the 1971-72 season, Wooden played all 12 players on the roster in all but four of the 30 games. It would have been only three, but Greg Lee sat out a game with an injury.
