just as an example, Baylor has pulled out of 2025 Maui Invitational to play in the same pay-for-play players era tournament. Oregon has also pulled out of 2025 Maui, with assumption that they'll play in another pay-for-play tournament.

Instead, Maui gets Arizona State and Washington State as replacement... the 2025 field has got to be the worst in Maui Invitational history.
