I didn’t get to see the game, but I watched a YouTube thing that “condensed” it into like 34 min. Daily’s absence along w Bilo’s foul trouble forced Mick into playing some funky fives - guys that have hardly played together were thrown out there in a tough environment. Things are not going to go as smoothly. It was a good learning experience.
I said it after about game 4 last season: Mack’s wild drives to the basket are all well and good, but they are a low percentage play at the end of a game when the refs are loathe to Bo low their whistle.
I too am concerned about Dylan’s play.
In that weird highlight format (I think I saw every basket) Kyle looked better than I thought he would.
I’m not as down about the game. But then I’m not as high on the team’s ceiling as the general consensus seems to be.
