good questions -
for most of the rest of this season (except against smaller guard heavy lineups) I would play Mara and Kyle in the post, Bilo at the 4, Dailey (also rotating to the 4) and Stefanovic at the 3.
I would start Johnson at the 2 and rotating to the 3 spot and would bring on Mack and Clark at the two and I would start Andrews (on a relatively short leash) backed by Clark and Perry depending on how they are playing at the 1.
(Against teams without imposing post presences I would move Bilo to the 5, Dailey to the 4, Johnson to the 3 with Stefanovie subbing for the 3 and even the 4.
That brings us to your question - Mack or Clark.
Myself, I would tend to go with Clark before Mack but it depends on what we need and on how Andrews and Perry are doing as lead guard. If we need offense, Mack comes before Clark; if we need all around play, Clark comes before Mack in my opinion. And Clark remains an option to sub at the 1 spot if Andrews isn't getting it done and Perry isn't doing well - or we need better defense than Perry who does run into freshman mistakes especially on defense.
Really not a clear answer, mikeo, at least not to me. I think you start with my understanding or your own or someone else's and you see how it goes and that determines your order - and it likely changes in the second half and during that half as well.
Andrews is our best defensive guard and the chaos Clark can cause makes him choice #2 there, ahead of Mack and Perry. But it will vary.
Johnson may or may not perform well at the two depending on the opponent. If you need defense against a quick backcourt he may need to play the 3,
We need Dailey out there but he fouls too often at this point - gets into foul trouble too quickly and too often. But if we use our two centers to play center (what a novel idea!!) then we get a rotation at the three and four that includes Bilodeau, Dailey, Johnson and Stefanovic and we can keep them all fresh and out of foul trouble.
But then can Mara and Kyle hold their own at center?
I would give Perry and both centers minutes to develop them as I could.
