Chancellor Frenk needs to make a big decision about our Athletic Director. And he needs to make it soon. He was previously at Miami (FL), so he should know something about the importance of athletics to a University community.

But he has to find someone he has confidence in to pick coaches. Then let the new AD evaluate coaching performance.

If Frenk can't or won't, we'll face decades of athletic misery anyway.

Someone at Morgan Center has to take charge and demand performance, not just react to angry multimillionaire alumni.

I've lost confidence in Jarmond.
