Maybe the problem is Mick, his personality, his system, his own lack of mental toughness and accountability - the guy preaches it to his players, but then never hold him self accountable, throws his players and assistant coaches under the bus, and has absolutely ZERO composure and completely falls apart at the first sign of adversity. He emotionally beats his players down to the point where they clearly become motivated far more by a fear of failure than a desire to win, then he calls them out for being delusional. It's shocking that more kids aren't lining up to play for him.
