I think that the difficulty to get to PP is an Is What It Is thing. Can't do much about it, obviously.

However, they can do something about ticket prices and maybe parking?

With the barrels and barrels of money rolling into programs these days. It's hard for me to believe that ticket sales are a huge chunk of revenue. I looked on SeatGeek (no idea if that's a good way to buy tickets). For the UofO game, tix between the baselines and not in that rafters section are about $200 ea. That's a lot of money. SG is a re-seller. No idea what tix at the window cost. But, if that 2 bills is being driven by the window price, that's too high. Try lowering that.

And, I've posted this before. My niece went to Mich State. They have a lottery for basketball season tickets. Win the lottery, free season tickets! But, you have to go to every game. Miss a game, lose your ticket. So, the students give their card to a friend when they don't want to/can't go. Student section is 100% full, every time, with people that have been cheering together all season and have a lot of comradery. UCLA could do that. How much would they lose in the short term? What they would gain is a much better atmosphere. A core group of fans that will probably continue to be avid fans after they leave (aka, coming back to games, donors, NIL contributors).
