Those three teams are solid on both offense and defense. Duke and Houston are top 10 in both, with Auburn just outside the top 10 in defense. Florida is also top 10 in both categories. Tennessee, on the other hand, is a bit lower in offensive rankings. Seems to me, that in an ideal world, your best teams have a pretty good balance of both.
