This was a few years ago and he was 95 at the time. He told me once that everything was fine until 90, and that's when things starting going wrong. At 95 he looked great. Fit, vital, full head of hair, funny, smart, and a wealth of history. I guess he looked back to the good old days when he was 90 and everything still worked the way it should. LOL.
Due to the pandemic I lost touch with him. If he's still alive he would be 100.
At 75 I'm still doing okay. I walk 3 to 5 miles daily, lift weights, do some yoga, still paint (I was a professional self-supporting artist for over 40 years), do daily crossword puzzles, but I can't run all day like I use to or jump high or put in 18 hour work days 7 days a week or eat anything I want and not gain weight. I guess we all make concessions to age eventually (if we're lucky), but I'm a lot wiser than I use to be and if I don't lose my mind I hope to get wiser and maybe even smarter everyday from now on.
