Like many of you (I assume) I have been watching men's and
women's tournament prediction videos.
One in particular, hosted by Hunter Cruse, caught my attention.
First of all, he looks like he's 14. He's a WNBA evaluation analyst,
which explains why his predictions are so detailed. A lot of it is
over my head - but when he came to the UCLA women, he said
that the problem wasn't the players. It was "Cori Close's in-game
adjustments" (or lack of them).
(I will never understand Jones guarding JuJu.)
It sounded like he'd read posts here ... but he did add that if the
Bruins won, all would be "forgiven" (with Close).
Some of you may remember Wooden's and Wicks' in-game adjustment
in the championship game against Jacksonville and Artis Gilmore.
