Any mid-major coach who shows promise gets offered the big bucks.

Texas will hire Xavier's coach
Iowas to hire Drake's coach
Minnesota hire's Colorado State's coach
etc.
etc.
etc.

A couple of years ago, Saint John's hired Iona's coach. -)
