Cronin will never learn. You can't compete for league titles and get to a FF by just putting a new roster on the floor every year.
Dent is a fine player, but he'll only be in Westwood for one season and it takes longer than that to learn a new system, get to know one's teammates, and develop the kind of system and flow required to be a contender.
I want to see the next coach at UCLA recruit and KEEP players for 2 to 3 seasons, just like Hurley has done at UConn. Or how Wright always did at Villanova.
