Ignoring his faults?

His potential is through the roof. On a per 40 minute basis, all his important stats like points, rebounds and blocks rate very highly compared to past Bruins (since minutes were an official stat). But that doesn't help if his minutes are limited. That was due to several factors: physical shape, bad matchups and just ineffectiveness. So he has to be able to play more minutes, especially from physical conditioning.

That's not his only problem. He's SOFT. He got pushed off the block and wasn't always able to establish position close to the basket. He got the ball knocked out of his hands when double teamed. He often tried to finesse the ball into the basket from close in when he should have dunked.

So Mara needs to get stronger and meaner for him to truly be the dominating player he could be.
