The trivia question: Who was the last walk-on to start a game for UCLA basketball (not counting last home game seniors) is now off the page and since nobody got it, I'll repeat it with some hints. We've already determined it's not Trent Perry, Bryce Alford, Keith Owens, Bob Myers, Sean Farnham or Jack Haley.
This player was a walk-on for his first two seasons, then was given a scholarship for the next year with the understanding it would only be for one season and returned to walk-on status the next. During his scholarship season he had big games against the Oregon schools in UCLA's conference opening home wins including 5-6 three pointers and was named Pac-10 Player of the Week. But he didn't start a game until his last season as a walk-on.
