As the women's game showed us, good guard/wing play more important that good post play. Best with both but Cronin setting things up for a UConn women's type of team makeup next season over UCLA women's which is a positive to take from watching this game. Solid PG/SG/SF play, defense, causing turnovers keys to winning against top competition next year, much like Houston men's this year doing it with a bunch of former 3-stars and a few 4/5's who all are bought in, like Cronin's Cinci teams. Donovan Dent is taking us to the promised land and hopefully #12! Always composed in the halfcourt, Donovan Dent runs the offense like a multiyear vet, rarely overdribbling and quickly snapping passes to open teammates. Can't ever miss a rotation against him, or he'll make you pay, even if the first look (in this case the post) doesn't work pic.twitter.com/kuSZNymutz And our next Wing starter is on his way soon! Personally, hoping for Tyler Harris. Another wing going to be added to this mix that could start at the 3… https://t.co/c7PbSOO0k0 At this point if I'm #UCLA, I target these guys: Tyler Harris’ tape looks really good. Go Bruins!
C: Magoon Gwath/Ernest Udeh
Wing: Tyler Harris/Oziyah Sellers
Realistically, need a starting center and a back up center, and a wing athlete who can defend. I think that's a priority over someone that can shoot IMO.
6’8 sophomore guard.
- Crazy efficient
- 12 games with 50%+ shooting on 10+ attempts
- 100th percentile in catch snd shoot
- 80th percentile in transition (1.26ppp)
- Good off screens
- Good shot blocker
