I thought it was a foul live and the replay confirmed it he was being boxed out and reached over and made contact with Roberts' shoulder. They called that exact foul twice earlier in the game including the one on Maluach late.
Gotta be smarter there but Gillis and Proctor lost the game. Gillis' flagrant created a 6 point play and Proctor refused to shoot and then choked the FT that led to the foul.
