How are you defining "Blue Blood"? What consists of a decade to get defined?
First of all, UCLA isn't just part of a decade. They won multiple championships in the 60's and 70's.
How does Indiana get 70's? They only made four NCAA tournaments from 1970-79 and one championship. Same for Louisville, six tournaments, no championships.
Duke in the 90's, only 1990-94.
Georgetown in the 80's? Only from 1982-85.
The real Blue Bloods are the ones that had great success in multiple decades, UCLA, Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke and Kansas, even though they might be in the distant past. So one might include Indiana. "Elite" is more of a designation in the present.
