In Cronin's six years at UCLA, he has one league title.
In looking at Miller's time at AZ, it's clear he started off better than he finished. Still, he did win two league titles in his final six seasons, which you conveniently omitted.
Anyway, neither of these guys is an elite coach. Rather, they each coached at a program that has been elite in the past.
Altman at Oregon was probably the best Pac coach over the league's final couple decades.
