He doesn't appear that quick or fast but moves well for a guy his height. Not a bad handle gain for a guy his height. Not uber athletic but not bad - again for his height. What he seems to have going for him right now is his height, but like you said there is potential and some things to work with. He could develop into an effective college player and maybe even more. I agree with you that it seems unlikely that he would go to UCLA but one never knows. I know that I hardly ever know. ;-)
