could use some help - for traprh

Friend I posted about earlier is traprh. He had to redo his computer setup and has lost his password. He can access the site but cannot post. Ted doesn't seem to be monitoring his old email - from years ago - and your password is required to allow you to change to a new password. Catch 22.

He has tried with a different server and using different names and accounts including his wife's email but to no avail. IMO losing traprh here is a real loss to the board. If anyone can figure out how he a get back online here, he would be most appreciative.
