And the recruiting thing is overblown. Essentially, it consists of:
Conveying what Ucla has to offer
The system of bball we play at Ucla
The cultural pillars of Ucla's bball program
Financial terms
People seem to think "recruiting" consists of non-stop BFF texting of a "what's your favorite color? Mine too!" bullshiit nature.
It's not.
It's a job interview process.
