Mara's progress may not have been to your liking in terms of timelines and playing minutes, but he progressed throughout the season in a deliberate manner and all of that was due to Cronin's decisions and actions as it pertained to Mara and his development. I can't predict the future, but it appeared that Mara was on the brink of making huge inroads and possible breakthroughs toward his progress next season. That didn't happen because of Cronin's priorities and favorites.
