Which is looking more and more like a freak occurrence of team that caught fire at exactly the right time, which he certainly gets some credit for, the rest of the end of season "leaps" have been far from impressive. And yes, there was one season that's post season was derailed by injuries. On the whole, his rate of success hasn't been significantly better than his immediate predecessor.
