Sorry to be an Eeyore, but I think that those who have high hopes for this team will be disappointed. Like all Cronin teams, there is not a quality true center (one who can rebound and defend in the paint, or post up on offense). Dent is a great up tempo point guard while Cronin's style is to slow the game down. Slowing the game down helps keep you in it against superior opponents but also helps keep inferior opponents in it against you. Cronin's frenetic, swarming, over playing the ball defense leaves open 3s. Also his defense physically drains his players, often leading to long 2nd half scoring droughts. Cronin usually produces good, competitive teams, but rarely elite level (national contending). The one time that Cronin made it to the final 4, his guys played at a magical level on offense. This team I expect to be good (4th to 6th in B10), but not great.
