Footwork. Jaime and to a lesser extent Jules made massive improvements in that area. Adem and Aday were sooo deficient when they arrived, that it’s hard to tell, but they did get better. (Nowhere to go but up, I suppose) . But I may have overestimated the Savino Sauce, based on Jaime. This year will certainly test how hot it is.
