if the guys I mentioned don't qualify, then no UCLA center in the last 30 years qualifies, with the possible exception of Kevin Love, who certainly wasn't a traditional post up center, and didn't play center in the NBA.
Truly, it seems like no one short of Abdul-Jabbar or Walton would meet your definition, and since there's been no one equivalent to them in the last 50 years, let alone the last seven, you can hardly blame Cronin.
