it appears that Michigan is loaded this season. This early in the season it's hard to really see how things will play out, but at this point I think Michigan is one of the very truly elite teams and a legitimate final four candidate.
I still don't have a clear idea how good, or not, UCLA is this season. From what I've seen they appear to be somewhere around #'s 20 thru 30 - probably on the lower end of that scale - but who really knows at this point.
Again, at this point I think they are going to have trouble with Michigan, Purdue, Illinois, Michigan State, and maybe Indiana in B1G play. They may have trouble reaching the sweet sixteen, but who knows right now. Maybe they'll challenge for the B1G title and end up a four or better seed. Starting tonight, the next five games will tell us a lot.
