I love Jamerson. As I've mentioned a couple of times, he's also a sneaky-good passer.

But, last night, down the stretch, there were a couple of times where Big Stein was set up on the left side of the key, the ball was on the right, Jamerson was zoning it up under the basket. UW attacked the basket and Jamerson came over to help, giving Big Stein uncontested put backs.

I want to re-watch the game. Donnie Mac kept talking about how some guys have rebounding magic, to find the ball. Ok. But, that rebounding magic is a lot less powerful when someone has a body on you, and a lot more effective when they don't.

Like I said, I gotta rewatch it. They were killing us on the boards before we went zone, so what was up then? But, in the zone, if the opposition has a rebound machine, I'd suggest our post guy doesn't abandon him on the weakside, to help on the strong side. Either that, or someone else comes down to block the guy out (on that note, Brown seems to love blocking out, he was getting a body on a guy every defensive possession, it seemed). Not a knock on Jamerson, he was doing what he was told. Maybe tell them that in a zone, for the post guy, blocking out is more important than getting a deflection. But, this is all wayyyy above my pay grade.
