But the #’s are only part of the process … all the pieces need to fit and for 2 of the last three seasons they have not … Look at T-Bill … he may be a 5 star on O but a solid 2 star on D … not a good fit for CMC. Also, look at our coaching staff … how many guards are there … try a Big man coach over 6’ or how about a great O coordinator … give the bigs and O guys a reason (besides the $$) to come. I know, it’s all about the $$$ but so is winning.
