Perry dropped outside the red-topped guy he was guarding in the paint. That left Williams alone with both the Illini's directly under the hoop. He moved to block out the smaller one, I guess a mistake. Wagler was left completely alone directly in front of the basket. At that point Williams should have just prepared to tip the ball out. Wasn't time to block out anybody. One of those split second decisions that turned out wrong. Perry, however, made the worst mistake that left Williams in a bad position. That's how I saw it when I rewatched it a couple of times. I'm not a great analyst, though.
