Basic rule for bigs - have been hearing it repeated for such a long time. It's always surprising to me to see that simple mistake still repeated these days
In Lauren's case, I think it has to do with her agility. She lowers her arms to help with balance in making moves. Thing is, at 6'8" under the basket already, she doesn't need to maneuver that much. We use our arms to help with maneuvers.
I think it will take her some time to our grow the habit. As in, yes, I jump every time it happens but I expect it will be that way at times the rest of this season
