A lot of what we are seeing is a product of Clark being back to full strength. He has only just started logging 30+ minutes per game in the last two games vs NU and MN. With him, this team is better than the sum of its parts. Before him, as silly as it sounds, this team was actually worse than the sum of its parts lol - they literally looked better on paper than what they were showing on the floor.
I think it's fair to say if Clark had never been out with injury, we are easily a top 25 team in the 20-25, range possibly even 15-20 range. That might be where we are now.
Unfortunately, a big part of tourney success is seeding, and if we end up an 8 or 9 seed, we will not be playing past the first weekend.
