6 steals in the first half. This comes after we had 7 steals vs. UW. And, like last game, 5 different players have a steal. Our D has been fire.
If D was respected like O, Betts performance in the first half vs. Cambridge would be national news.
Love that Lauren is hitting those midrange set shots. She hit's 67% on FT's, so if you're going to give her all day to shoot, I'll take it.
And, I love that we can play the high-low with Betts to Dugs. Dugs is great in the post in her own right. And, they are different styles. If they are having success muscling Betts out of good shots, post up Dugs. Their best post defender will have to come out with Betts, or they'll give Betts that middie. And, if the person who is outmuscling Betts is defending Dugs, good chance she'll have a hard time with Dugs' repertoire of moves.
