Their WAB is #26. Ours is #30.
Apparently last night's loss didn't hurt St. Mary's all that much. Their NET only dropped by 2 to 22. Our NET is still 34.
I think one thing holding us back is a crappy road/neutral record. We are 4-9 away from Pauley.
We have better wins, although they have a home win over Gonzaga.
I think that loss to Cal, who probably blew their last chance to make the tournament today, is also pulling us down. I don't think the committee will take into account that we played without Bilodeau and it was a virtual home game for Cal.
And the committee doesn't give more weight to recent play. How we are playing at this point doesn't seem to matter.
