...to a 1-seed to make UCLA a 8 or 9 seed. (Not addressing the 6 possibility here). They've made a big step up in play the 3rd 3rd of the season, especially with DD taking over as he has. It just wouldn't be fair. Think of Duke. Think of AZ. They shouldn't have to play UCLA the first weekend. UCLA needs to be a 7, at least, just to make things fair for everyone.
