Just came across this. Beating them badly last year and embarrassing them in the basketball championship game this year wasn't the only time we punked South Carolina.
South Carolina played UCLA in the softball super regionals last year. They needed only to hold on to a 4-1 lead in the last inning to go to the WCWS, but the Bruins scored four to win and won the next day to win the series.
SoCar had their chance for revenge in a February tournament this season. Who says history doesn't repeat itself? They led 4-0 going into the bottom of the 7th but UCLA scored five(!) times to win.
They probably don't want to see us again in any sport soon.
