What are expectations?

I think Ucla should be a top 10 program. Ucla should win 30ish games per year. Ucla should be the dominant program on the West Coast. Ucla should win 2+ NCAA games per year.

And Ucla hasn't been close to that standard in any one year.

30+ wins + deep NCAA run + killer recruiting class = expectations for Ucla bball, home of the most NCAA men's bball championships in history
