Late in the game Bautisa gets an offensive rebound. He should kick the ball out and run the clock. Instead, he immediately put it back up and misses.
If he doesn't take the shot, Gonzaga almost certainly wins.
A lot of things had to go perfectly for us to win that game. Fortunately, they did, and the ending is one of the greatest in UCLA history.
