for 25/26 players, particularly this late in the 26/27 recruiting process. With potentially all or most NIL money having been expended and many rosters pretty much having been filled, IMO, it would create a big problem for schools and coaches and of course the players who want to come back for their 5th year.

Implemtnting the change later in the year (after school had started) for players in this coming class (26/27) would make the process a lot smoother. However, you never know what kind of logic the decision makers at the NCAA will use.
